EF-160 is a 100% solid, two component epoxy coating designed for controlling moisture vapor emissions on new or deteriorated concrete floors. This product was deigned to be used as a primer in areas of high humidity or on green concrete. This product is a 3-gallon kit and is available in pre-tint black, grey and clear.
EF-165 is a 100% solids, two component super-fast curing epoxy coating designed for controlling moisture vapor emissions on new or deteriorated concrete floors. This rapid curing coating is recommended to be applied as a primer coat under cold and humid conditions or on damp and poorly prepared surfaces where fast return to service is required.

100% Solids, Two-Component Epoxy – No VOC off-gassing, excellent coverage and performance.
Moisture Tolerant – Can be applied on damp or poorly prepared concrete surfaces.
Approved for Potable Water Contact – Safe for environments with water exposure.
Strong Mechanical Properties – High flexural (15,000 psi) and compressive strength (8,000 psi).
LEED v4 Compliant & Low VOC – Contributes to green building certifications (VOC <20 g/L).
‣Ideal primer for high-humidity or green concrete slabs.
‣Reduces failures from residual moisture up to 25 lbs/1000 ft²/24 hrs.
‣Safe for food plants, healthcare, and residential use.
‣Reliable base coat for industrial, commercial, or residential flooring systems.
‣Long working time (15–20 min) for easier application in larger areas.
Remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, and all other contaminants with proper cleaner/degreaser. Prepare the surface mechanically as per ICRI-CSP2 profile by diamond grinding to ensure removal of laitance, curing agents and sealers. The compressive strength of a newly poured concrete substrate must be at least 25 MPA (3635 psi) after 28 days of cure and at least 1.5 MPA (218 psi) tensile strength. The EF-160 can be applied on concrete that has cured for a minimum of 14 days. For concrete that is between 14-28 days old, the use of our EF-400 deep penetrating primer is required. All cracks, holes and irregularities must be repaired with a crack filler prior to applying the coating.
Empty container B (hardener) into container A (resin). Mechanically mix the combined product for a maximum of 1 minute using a low-speed drill (300- 450rpm) to reduce air entrapment and to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Once the product is mixed proceed to application instructions. Do not let the product sit in container as it will rapidly start to react and cure.
Ultra-Fast Cure Time – Recoatable in as little as 2–4 hours at 20°C.
100% Solids Epoxy with Low VOC – VOC <20 g/L, no shrinkage or odor.
High Chemical and Abrasion Resistance – Same abrasion loss as EF-160 (0.11g loss/1000 cycles).
Potable Water and Food Contact Approved – Meets CFIA, USDA, LEED v4 standards.
Strong Adhesion & Tensile Strength – Pull-off strength > 363 psi; tensile 6,000 psi.
‣Perfect for fast-track commercial or industrial jobs.
‣Reduces downtime – foot traffic in 6–8 hours.
‣Compatible with damp concrete and early-age slabs (14+ days old).
‣Efficient solution for cold environments with tight deadlines.
‣Easy to tint; available in clear, black, and grey options.

Potable Water Approved & LEED Compliant – Safe and sustainable (VOC<20 g/L).
Excellent Vapor Barrier – Withstands up to 25 lbs/1000 ft²/24 hrs moisture vapor emission.
Flexible Kit Size (2-Gallon) – Ideal for smaller or segmented application areas.
‣Versatile and efficient for mid-sized projects and fast job turnaround.
‣Excellent adhesion and chemical resistance in humid or cool conditions.
‣Stronger compressive resistance – ideal for industrial use.
‣Easy application with pre-tinted or clear options.
‣Low viscosity for easier handling and uniform coating.
